I am glad you pulled this one out of the past. My user ID was pointing at an old site, now pointing to TPR.

I’ve now tried two days running to create a user profile. I find it fundamentally discourteous when a server is perfectly capable of generating an input form but finds itself unable to accept the resulting input.
