Small yes, but maybe a bit limited on software not written by yourself, and I don’t think they’d make much of a cruncher 
Still waiting for nano-itx here, but suspect it’ll be serious expensive when it arrives. Wish Via could get the volumes up to get pricing down. Or maybe AMD/Intel do something similar… think mac mini clone…
