Still the fact remains that according to the graph the GTS250 gives a shed load of crunching power for under £100… Hope to order some soon once docking can “see” GPUs.

I agree. If 260s are too dear, the GTS 250 is an excellent alternative. I’ve been crunching SETI for many months with two of them under their former 9800 GTX+ name.
one thing to think about the 250’s is that they don’t support double precision… depending on the app this can be a big gain…
that’s why Milkyway only supports ATI at the moment… the Nvidia CUDA milky app is expected to run a lot slower…
