If you are going to do some recruitment make sure you are not pimping members from other teams. Can get very difficult between teams.

In Kings Of Chaos I hated getting message’s asking me to join other people as my commander when I had one!! MAybe because this was automatic but still…It annoyed so I made a habit of not doing it myself!
