I’m 47 minutes into both units and progress = 0% still and the time to completion hasn’t changed.
I’d set BOINC to checkpoint every 600 seconds (10 minutes) but cant see this being an issue.
It does checkpoint - have exited and resumed in past no problem. Dunno about 0% showing, maybe it’s some units. I don’t usually look that closely.
you might have got a couple of the longer units, there are a few that take 8hours+ on my q6600.

Are you running Windows 7 ??

EDIT: Re read that whilst sober and it doesn’t appear to have a fix so Docking’s off the list - yes I use Windows 7.
