totally unexpected, got notice of my pay increase today. only the finance director got a larger pay increase in the entire company! i got the same as the managing director.
obviously farting around and taking the p!$$ out of them for a year is the way to get on these days! 
either that or everyone else is TOTALLY useless and i just look good in comparison :rolleyes:
