Ive been workingwith a system wich runs CCTV over the last few days,
and that uses DVR pci cards with BNC connections on them,
thechipset on themis fusion 878a or somthing like that,
the same cards can be used for HDTV on the PC,
using the software included with the drivers you simply scan the channels.
i havent got any time to test it on the TV but it looks nice and simple and easy to use.
