LifeMapper time travel

 ?
Ok, let’s see if it’s me or you.

I am in Germany and it’s 10:45am.
Our timezone is GMT+1:00.
We are on summertime, so we have to add another hour.

You can still follow me?

Though I am on GMT+2:00 = UTC+2:00

Right?

10:45am GMT+2:00 = 8:45am UTC

Still right?

LifeMapper stats already showing a date/time of 6/27/2003 9:00:40 AM UTC.

errr…correct me if u want, but UTC doesn’t take for daylight savings time…so take an hour off…

Ahem …

I am in timezone GMT+1:00 (no daylight savings)
With daylight saving it’s GMT+2:00, that’s where it’s in equal to standard GMT

GMT = UTC (basicly and no daylight savings)

Simple said:
During winter I should be 1 hr ahead of UTC and during summer 2 hrs. Not?

Your logic is right Len. The clock must be wrong on the lifemapper servers or something to that effect.

Is that a subtle hint Len for me to get my butt in gear and get the news done? :stuck_out_tongue:

May not be available until after 3pm as I have to go pick up the wifey from work in about 10 minutes and then do some shopping on the way back:rolleyes:

No way!

I was wondering how lifemapper was able to already show 9:00am UTC stats when I was looking at 8:45am UTC
Yes, it was the date of today.
