I don’t normally do this, but when I find a company that goes above and beyond expectations it’s nice to mention it I find
Recently bought some speciality teas from “teapigs”… some Earl Grey and some fruit teas cos they sounded nice
We ordered them in sample size just to try them out and their site says if they don’t have any sample sizes they’ll make up the order with the next size up at no extra cost - and so they did
The Earl Grey is simply superb - makes Twinings look common!
Spiced Winter was quite nice - cinammon as you’d expect
SuperFruit was a bit meh, like warm ribena or similar - but all natural
Liquorice and Mint was the surprise tea… really enjoyable without being overpowering - really recommend this one!
So, that’s what we’ve tried so far, and we’re impressed
If any of you want to try them out they have an offer on at the mo if you include “chilli chai” tea in your order…
As tea of the month we’re offering 15% off any order that includes this fiery little addition. Just use the code chilli at the checkout stage (code valid until 28th February 2009).
All new customers get a 10% off their 2nd order if they return. For those of a charitable nature, teapigs also support their local area, and have an excellent “ethical policy” http://www.teapigs.co.uk/about_us/our_ethical_policy/
It costs just 49 pence a day to feed, clothe, shelter and educate each child in the orphanage. We’d like to make as large a contribution towards that as possible by various fund raising activities. We offer you the chance to contribute 49 pence when you place an order with us and for every contribution that you make, we’ll match it.
well i can’t vouch for it myself but the other half swears by Jimmy Beans, their “jimmy bean special” is apparently fab, and despite not being a coffee drinker even I have to admit it smells really good

Hi Muppet and welcome back m8 This week, I’ve mostly been drinking Nescafe blends including Suraya, Alta Rica and Expresso. Gone off tea a bit, but I do like a good Earl Grey now and again.
