I think we gotta call it at this though.
if we get more than 5 users per switch, then you’d be better off on the 100 mbit from the cisco.
Dont forget theres only 500 m/bits throughput per bridge / giga switch.
gigabit to gigabit will be fast… but you gotta trade it off against the bulk of people on the cisco 100 m/bit .
Its compromises all round here dudes… untill we get new kit later this year.
It may not even work at all , in which case everyone would be better off on the cisco. Dont forget this is experimental.
Anyway , the way its looking at the moment, THE WEATHER should be the biggest concern.
