Finally got the Vista upgrade in the mail yesterday for the lappy that we bought back in January.
Wife insisted on me installing it asap. Started the upgrade process at 5:00 pm. At midnight, I finally went to bed and left the stupid thing still doing its upgrade thing.
At 6:30 am this morning, checked the lappy and found it had finally finished everything.
One thing about this upgrade, I swear that it had to have downloaded the enitre thing over the internet. It spent the first 2 hours of the upgrade process downloading files off the net. WTF is up with that??? Would have thought that everything should have been on the CD/DVD that came in the mail.
