When it came to my insurance renewal this year the renewal quote had shot up over a £100 so went booking for cheaper quotes and went with one that was half the price of my renewal quote… Phoned the company just to go through the quote and accept it. They told me the claim from the accident was still showing as open and unresolved with the third party… Obviously AXA couldn’t be arse’d closing the claim!!!
