Adobe Flash Player vulnerability found

As reported on the BBC the vulnerability allows hackers to take control of your PC on not only Windows, but MAC and Linux machines as well. This can be fixed by updating to the latest version 18.0.0.194 from the Adobe site.

Thanks for the heads-up. Adobe’s programming leaves a lot to be desired. It’s been a long time since they’ve issued what I consider a smooth running product.

Since I disabled loading of Flash on FF, I’m surprised how rarely I need to enable it for any site. So I don’t think it is so important going forwards as it has been in the past.

What annoys me most is that you need a different updater for IE and FF. Is it that hard for Adobe to make a unified updater?
