FINALLY!!!
After a frantic week of searching, I found a new(ish) car for myself to replace my old Volvo 740 which contracted major electrical failure last weekend. I am now the proud owner of a 1997 R reg Volvo S40 in Burgundy. Had to pay over the odds, but beggars can’t be choosers :shrug:
Also fixed my PC. The PSU took out something else and after fitting a new one the system still would not boot. I’ve now upgraded the mobo and CPU as well as the PSU and I am now running on an AMD Sempron 64 3200 AM2 processor, which so far I am quite impressed with it.
I’ve boxed up the lifesaver P1 PC. It served me well in my time of need. :nod:
