A Red Stripe… Not the cold fizzy one!
A faint one on a test.
I have an A4 Xerox paper box in the corner of my office, it stands a good chance of being filled with snotty tissues by the end of the day.
Done well to not get it so far, been there done that, twice 
Hydration that has no alcohol in!
I dismissed that theory with SCIENCE!
Alcohol has a lower boiling point so provides better cooling as it courses your veins and evaporates through your skin.
Science for the win.
Admittedly it was a perfectly chilled can of John Smiths combined with a nap in the shade, not exactly Rock-N-Roll fizzy fighting juice.
