I did when we went to Brechfa Forest many years ago, since working from home full time became a thing the bike hasn’t been far.
If I remember I’ll see if my account is still alive tomorrow!

That’s one of those running monitor things, an alien concept I’m afraid.
Running is only for survival issues such as when you are sending second hand Castle Lager into the long grass and somebody in the van shouts LION!
He was right though.
