Michael Gough, who played Batman’s butler Alfred, in 4 of the franchise’s films, passed away at home, at the age of 94 after a year of illness.

He was a excellent actor… always turned in a top notch performance. He will be missed. 94 is also quite the achievement, so he can rest well knowing he had a good life and entertained millions.
