you have to Download the new Client, and
what i says
to unintall the old client, and then go to
X:\programms\boinc
to delete this by Hand
and do a new install, and then it goes:D
have at this time 3 Comps on the Boinc run.

Well, Sir Ulli. I downloaded 1.07 and totally ignored your installation advice. 
Simply exited the client, left everthing as it was and installed the new version over the top.
Seems to be working fine with WUs still there and progress on the current unit preserved.
BOINC 1.08 is out:)
Mr Karl Chen did a great job here.
Account creation is still disabled.
