The size of your cache has to be set up in your preferences via the Boinc website
Go into your account and then preferences, it is the “Connect to Network” preference that sets you Cache size.
Glad to see you back crunching again! 
I’ve found 5 days of cache works well. I don’t run the risk of expired WUs, and maintenance outages don’t bother me either.
thats the ‘connect every XYZ days’ bit? and theres me looking for the word ‘cache’. how silly of me.
