Copying images from the screen

I’ve designed a Vista MCE based pronto setup and I need to post some screen shots to remote central, trouble is I cant remember how to do it :ghey:

Can someone point me in the right direction of som free screen grabbing software, I know i can use Prt Scr but that will give me the whole lot and I just need a bit of it

Try Faststone Capture.

Works a treat and it’s free.
I use it to do my Folding news posts.

I use MWSnap, free download, there may be better but it does the job for me.

I use Wingrab, I think most freebies will be suitable :wink:

even though you seem sorted…

…you can capture the current active window by Pressing Alt + Prt Scr

Hmmm.
Windows has been able to do screen-shots for years;
Alt + PrtScrn buttons copy the focused window to the clipboard.
