I’m moving out of the uni halls next year so I’m not going to have the perk of free leccy. I could do with being able to estimate how much power I’m going to be using so I can pay my fair share of the bill and avoid all manner of ‘humorous’ pranks.

Can someone dig out one of their bills and let me know how much 1 unit (1 Kilowatt hour I think) costs.

I make that about £5 per month for one box.

Thats if 100Watts under load is about right.
