anybody recommend one, need to transfer my existing domain to a new host can transfer my .me.uk from existing host for free need to get into web building again as on broadband again
Not free but a good host and cheap http://www.ikhost.net/
If your adventurous and have broadband you could try hoisting it from a server at home. Thats how i run my website 
Thats proberly as good as it will get all you will need to buy is a domain name, and unless you wanna run somthing huge it should not use to much bandwidth i think mine goes through about 300-600mb max month
