Genome@home Weekly Report

Team Status

As of approximately 10:30 20/04/2002 UK, all production count in points unless otherwise indicated, +/- figures denote figures relative to two weeks ago

Total units/genes: 178,583/14,927 (last 168 hours: 2(+1262.5), +5242)
Team Rank: 28 (+3)
Active members: 22 (+2)
+4 Teams, mean production: 5228 (-2336)
-4 Teams, mean production: 12025 (+10630) 1 threat in range

This week marks the “momentus” stomp of the GENEtals thanks in part to some perfectly timed dumping by kefkef, and we now sit 2173 above them. It’s possible they may rebound but even discounting the 2500+ unit upload we sit +2500 better off week on week. Still fairly close but this time should go differently to the elastic-like affairs of the previous couple of months…

In the last report, 2 weeks ago I predicted AMDMB were 2 weeks away and it looks to be about right, can only stave off the inevitable for so long ;). As of the midnight statsman update the difference was 2580, outproducing us on a 7-day average by 1222 units we might last until late Sunday/early Monday -nonets notwithstanding. This week is also notable as we come into “range” of another fairly high producer in position 23, Speedguide. At just over 70,000 ahead and closing at 2K per week it might take a while to catch them, but nevertheless they are the Frogs’ next target. We’ll be back :).

Targets this week: Team ADD, Cygron. Then it’s a long haul to LNO Genome Black Belts (all of which are more or less static). Our next Chase is FreeDC, I’m guestimating around 4 weeks for this encounter at around 250k.

Appendix/Notes

[li]Topic headings are hyperlinked to data sources or relevant pages.
[/li][li]Total units/genes production for TPR is calculated since the last edition, last 168 hours data is for comparison with all other figures from statsman.
[/li][li]+/-4 team measure is the mean of average production of the nearby teams - in comparison with our own weekly output figures it gives an approximation of our output respective to peer teams. If +4 figures are high we’re going nowhere fast, if -4 figures are high we’re being outpaced.
[/li][li]Genome @home units will vary in length, ‘difficulty’ is approximated into required processing time with the units measure.

Thanks for a fine report and the great news about the GENEtals

Only a few more stomps of Genetals required and it’ll be permanent too

Nice news mate

Thanks for the report and excellent news nitrile
