Normally trying to RMA stuff back to ebuyer is a pain in the @r$e & they try to avoid refunding you.
Had an ASUS mobo that died after just 2 months & so I RMA’d it back to them hoping that I’d get a replacement fairly quickly so I could get the cruncher up and running
And what have the gits gone and done?
(Invoice:677981 Product:34910) Motherboard is faulty.

Refunded the cost to my credit card
They wouldn’t refund me when one of their poxy £15 PSU’s died on me but they will when a £45 mobo does rofl
they can be lame at times, i had to send a case back because the fans were missing instread of them jus sending me fans out there picked the case up and ketp it for a week:mad: then sent it back to me with 1 fans:rolleyes:
They said they’d give me free delivery when they gave free delivery to everyone due to not refunding my cost of returning a faulty MSI board. When I next came to an order of course I had to pay delivery.
They eventually refunded it, but as you say ebuyer are great if it works, if it don’t then watch out.
I’ve RMA’d several items and got refunds on all - the process was pretty painless. And they don’t keep you waiting for an RMA number like some places. The minus point is I got no postage refund of course - which dabs for example would have given.
