That thing in the box should worry me, it looks like a bottom arm ball joint attached to metal work from a Sea Bed!
British Gash have been overcharging me for quite some time, their estimated reading was almost 18 months ahead of the actual reading and I was looking forward to not paying them for 18 months.
Instead they gave me a refund, which was nice.
