I am looking to replace my car. The two front runners are the Honda Accord 2.2 deisel Executive or the Jaguar X-Type 2.0 deisel Sport.
Which would you go for, and why. If neither, what would you suggest. This has to be comfortable to drive long distances and able to accomodate a family of four in comfort.
The Jag, no doubt imho;)
The Honda. A darn side more reliable than the Jag. :nod:
For style the jag…made from ford bits so should also be reliable.
For performance the honda
What did you go for Alta? I thinking of ordering an X-Type 2.0d Sport as my company car.

One is very old and not Ford where it matters most.
The other is still under warranty and Fixed or repaired regularly.
Vauxhal Signum has 10Bhp more than the Honda for the same money, just to throw the cat amongst the pigeons

honda - i remember the days when jags got repaired more often than refuelled.
Went for the Honda in the end - should be picking it up Friday just before coming to Mojo’s.

My old man’s Jag’s have been bullet proof over the years, however my S2000’s engine blew up after 2 months!
