Power issue with my older laptop since the house suffered an outage last week. I’m sending it out for repair today. For the short–term, my output will be about 40% lower than average.
The powerless Alienware M15 R6 arrives at the repair company (Parts-People.com - YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@dellpartspeople ) tomorrow. Repairing laptops is quite different from my days repairing desktops. The guy on their YouTube channel is pretty diligent about the repairs even when the customer is 100% the cause of the problem. They’re the ones who fixed the previous laptop issue, so they get my business again.
