In light of recent events, if this body does happen to be David Kelly then yes, I would agree the the circumstances appear to be far from coincidental, and rather suspicious.
I find it hard to believe this would be anything other than a suicide - if it was done at the government’s behest then it’s the worst possible timing for Blair as he’s on the other side of the world. Even if it is suicide though, the government still shoulder some or all of the blame for the pressure they put on the man

Good old Military Intelligence 5, I would say, acting either off their own back or under orders. One thing is certain - we will never know for sure (like so many of the Blair incidents).

I’m not normally a conspiracy theorist - but this one is very iffy IMHO.
That’s a bit of a strange place to commit suicide to say the least.
