Ive read mojo post many times. I was wondering what is the best os for an ltsp installation. I have been trying for the past three days to get this farm up and going and i cant seem to get it to work right. The server is running fine. When I boot up the client I can not get the second processor recognized.
the standard LTSP packages are for single core clients, in order to make a ltsp kernel suitable for smp you need to compile your own kernel. At least that was the state of play the last time I looked at ltsp.

hmm, is there something like ltsp that does support dual or higher core clients? is there a guide out there that could help me making my kernel? ive never done that before.
