MS Excel

I have inherited an useful, but labour-intensive spreadsheet. It calculates various data each month and i have taken 1 month and redesigned it. I now want to copy it to the other 11 months worksheets, and overwrite the version that is there already. I want it to take ALL settings with it, column widths, cell colours, calculations… the lot.

Edit

Copy

Paste Special

All

should do it, but it doesn’t. It misses the column widths, and shows hidden colums. Maybe other things too, but I was in no mood to look for more problems :furious:

Any ideas?

go to the original page, start a new macro, record all the key strokes/ mouse clicks for changing each setting, then stop. Copy and paste the data into a new sheet and then click on the macro to run it. Repeat for every page

Select the first sheet with the correct column layout.
Select All
Copy
Select all the other sheets
Select All
Paste Special -> Column Widths
