Anyone used this mobo yet? I’m looking at finally getting Opteron proc and was wondering if this could take 2 x dualcore 280’s

I looked at it, but iirc that motherboard only takes the ‘set’ heatsinks, and not standard ones. The Asus K8N-DL looked quite nice, but no option to use SLI due to size… freedom to use pretty much any HSFs that you fancy though! If only they’d enable the onboard nVIDIA Raid 5, it’d be ideal! I think they’re both dual core ready, I know the Asus definitely is. Have a read on 2CPUs forums (.com).
