I need to automate the e-directory of my OES2 - Linux box. I did find a utility named ndsbackup. You must supply the user name and password to run the command. There is a switch to specify the user name, but apparently not for the password. I need to find a way to use this without user input.
If not this command, some way to automate an e-directory backup, preferably with a command line.
Any ideas are very much appreciated.

its been a while but I believe the offline version to run in a script is called dsbk try man dsbk on your system
