Just things to try…
try knocking out the ‘public_html’ after DOCUMENT_ROOT seeing as its mentioned twice in the output.
I know on my hosting I don’t need to tell the scripts the server location of ‘Public_html’ as Public_html to the outside world is top level.
May need a / here
$uploaddir = $_SERVER[‘DOCUMENT_ROOT’]."/public_html/upload"
