A bit long at ten minutes, but worth every second. Complete digital controls and no levers except for throttles on final Thanks to technology we can observe and enjoy this marvellous aircraft and crew in action.
That was really cool… 
Flown 3 times on an A380… very impressive planes. They don’t feel as claustrophobic as other airplanes. Have also found the build quality is excellent.
When we fly to Thailand it is now possible to fly Manchester - Dubai - Bangkok and return with A380’s on all legs.
They have a camera mounted on the tail so you can watch the landing from the IFE system.

Love that stuff… would love to fly again not as passenger!. Only had a quick go in a small plane not that far from SanFran. They gave me the controls between Watsonville and Santa Barbara, with my only instructions being to avoid a nearby nuclear power station. This was after 9/11…

It’s amazing how they control such a big bird from a small joystick, instead of the old fashioned yokes.
Just booked a trip for April… going to sample Songkran (Thai New Year) for the first time… Should be fun as it turns into a huge water pistol fight. Sadly wasn’t able to get A380 on all legs for a decent price, but managed to get both return legs on the A380 and we have to suffer Boeings on the way out.
