Simple question really, little bit of spare cash as found a Range Rover under my set budget for a toy 
Got a number of spare boards with CPU, i7-920 room heater is around somewhere, so which card, AMD280? Nvidia760?
Can’t find much on the web for best cards or cpu combos.

AMD cards seem to be the better option for POEM… I use R7 250’s, one of which I managed to get on fleabay for £40 and it seems to be on a par with a GTX660Ti which cost a hell of a lot more.
In my limited observations CPU isn’t worth the time compared to GPU if you’re after credit. Assuming the GPU units are the same, my R9 280X OC does them around 2000 secs, GTX560Ti about 10ks, HD6850 20ks.
got a triple pci-e slot board around somewhere, the one with the i7 in - might go on ebay trawling for a trio of 250’s or better
