My Bear and I would really like to - see what what happens when dates are sorted. Couple of questions tho. I use a wheel chair - though I can live without it for a couple of day’s (it’d be a relief, actually 
).
We have a 12 year old - but, my other two are 20 & 21 - so there’s nothing much that shocks (c’ept her embarrassing dad). If we brought her, would it be a prob?

Been taking my son whose now 13 along to these meets for years, although those were all at mojo’s, so no problems with the other members (apart from running out of tape )

No problem at all on either count Wheelie The function room is at ground level, the reception area which also leads to restaurant area where breakfast is served is up a very small ramp & there are quite a few rooms that are at ground level. There are more ground floor level rooms but these may involve 1 step up to them. No problems at all either with your 12 year old coming There are 2 family rooms available (one with adjoining door and one that is one room) but these are both on first floor.

The function room I was hoping to book is a no go I’m afraid (it would cost over £2000 to hire for the full weekend and they won’t book in advance because of weddings) BUT we can have the smaller room for the weekend with a few conditions.
Room will hold 30 max for eating purposes
We must have Sunday lunch for a minimum of 20 people (it’s priced at £16.95 a head)
We would be allowed to use games consoles (there’s a tft tv in there…32" I think) but no pc’s as not enough power (a couple of laptops would be ok though)
The cost of hiring the Hawk room is £125 but this would probably be wavered due to us eating lunch & dinner here too
We wouldn’t be allowed to sleep in there at all, would need to book hotel rooms here (or elsewhere if you preferred). Prices of rooms are below.
The only full weekend available at the moment is 3-5 October
The lounge bar is right next to the function room
Room prices (including breakfast) -
Single room - £50
Double room - £77
Twin room - £77 (there are a limited number of these though)
There are superior double rooms available aswell should you wish to have one 
If so, let me know and I’ll get price of them too. Wheelieslug, if you can come, would you want one of the family rooms, or would you prefer 2 rooms?

so without rooms we are saying £20 ish, put me down as a probably definetly maybe, depends on univeristy schedule however i would be only able to stay for the saturday or sunday due to work commitments

Could still do it, even if there wasn’t the 20 but without use of function room for keeping us together for eating/playing wii/ps3/whatever. Also, if some of our other friends from Barry’s ren server could come, would that be ok, or would we prefer to keep it to just TPR?
Right, another possible date would be 14-16 November. I say possible as I haven’t seen Julie about it (she’s the one that arranges all the function bookings) but the diary is clear. Would that suit more people? Could always be a Christmas meet up
