Hey all, I’ve just got back from the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford.
Totally excellent! 
Got to see various Migs, the F19, Tornado, EuroFighter Typhoon, WWII spitfire, Hercules, Red Arrows, Stealth bomber, Stealth Fighter, B2 Bomber… and loads of others!

My dad was using his APS camera though so might scan some of those in, but won’t be for a while…
Some pics can be found @ BBC News though. Should give you an idea of what it’s like 
Been to Fairford many a time, it’s just down the road from me 20 miles or so.
Not something I do every year but usually every two or three years 
It is a totally awesome display though.
I’m in Swindon so it’s a little closer for me

Been going there for a few years. So giving it a miss for a year or two. Damn good display though :nod:
I was there last year, working! am going tomorow to have a look about, I didn’t manage to last year because of the crash.
Panzer / Tank girl was is there today, and all weekend working, if you saw the blowup tent with a 6x6 wagon parked outside, she would have been close by, and if you went inside you’d have seen boards showing what ‘we’ do they you’d have seen the handywork of Bibby.
well I’ll be taking my camera so I should be able to get some good photo’s,

Lol I was there aswell last year, freezing my nuts off on the Sunday
Ab Fab - great family day out, the Italin Display Team were amazing, as were the dancing helicopters … I know nothing about airplanes apart from to hold ears when those fighter things go past.
With on eof the planes, I had time after seeing it to tell the boys to hold their ears before the noise caught up - now that is still amusing me !!!

Well I’ve just got back from working at Fairford, nowt like seeing it for free…
Absolutley nadgered…didn’t see any of you peeps though, except Dammo.
Just got an invite to attend this year on the Friday (Charity Day) as a corporate guest
was there a few years ago and enjoyed it, got a few pics, cant find em tho
