How about this… a site that displays a random name from the world of celebrity or history, and you vote to determine whether the person is annoying or not!
You can go on for hours, voting on each name that appears. You can let the names come at you at random or you can search and select specific names.
They do give you a lil bio info for each person, along with short lists of why the person may or may not be annoying. But in the end, it is your decision!
As I write this, 59.05% of the site’s visitors deemed George W. Bush annoying, 66.38% said that David Beckham is annoying, but only 42.78% said Madonna is annoying. 
Don’t know if it’ll do you any good now, but I’ve rather enjoyed Odd Todd. Not sure if its still updated as I haven’t been in nearly a year. :eek:
