got a XP 2500 server here thats needs assimilating, anyone got a clue ?

ah the seti on Novell question… I’ve tried this many a time with my servers at work and the only way I managed to get it working is as follows:

  1. Install and configure setigate or setiqueue on a workstation (if not already running one).
  2. edit the host files of the server and make an entry for your seti queue/gate machine
  3. copy the seti .nlm to the server (I renamed mine to simply seti.nlm as it makes life a easier )
  4. run the .nlm with the -proxy: [setigate machine name] switch
  5. enjoy :slight_smile:
