Apologies for the problems with the connection today - this is due to our upstream provider being particulary unreliable lately.
We are searching for a new provider / or a 2nd provider for redundancy - so hopefully this downtime will be a thing of the past.
Really bad timing as well - I was on the way back from the hospital visiting my Brother and his wife who have just given birth to a baby girl :yippee:
I was all up for blaming NTL once again.
Respect is due for putting your hand up for this one even though it wasn’t your problem.
I’m thinking of sueing for compensation though.
When the forums went a bit flaky I went to sainsburys for a pint of milk and spent £74 in total.
Can I expect cash or cheque ?
