If the host header is the same then yes.
Allow me to elaborate
There are two servers
Cheese and Onion
Cheese has bea weblogic v7.1 and so does Onion
Cheese and onion are both on the domain flavours.crisps.co.uk
Cheese has a verisign signed certificate but Onion doesn’t. Now some very cheap people want to save money on certificates and put all the certificate info from Cheese onto Onion (exact copies). Now I have told these silly people you can’t do this and they have done it and it doesn’t work. What I am really asking is, is anyone surprised by this development???
I’m not surprised because it won’t work 
If you had two machines with the same DNS name, then that would work.
