using a pop server I don’t think it’s possible - unless both clients have the “leave mail on server” ticked if avail.
only other way to do it would be to export all your e-mails from the “master” outlook to a .pst file, copy across and import to the “slave” outlook… repeatedly… every time you wanted to “sync”
You should just be able to tick the boxes on each device to say keep a copy on the server. Only problem i can see is that it wouldn’t synchronise your sent items/deleted items etc (i.e. delete a mail on the laptop and it wouldn’t delete it on the desktop)
osasync lite (free download) will do the job for you
DT.
ended up installing an exchange and using the pop3 connector. only prob i have now is that exchange drops email thats not going to a specific email account. i use a wildcard before the @ sign
eg
example@domain
or
myfeetsmell@domain
anyone know how to set a wildcard flag in exchange? so that anything comming to *@domain is forwarded to a specific user?
