THE (not)SUNDAY SETIBOINC FLAME

As I said last night, I’m going to be out all day tomorrow, visiting relatives in Harrogate, so I’m loading the SETI BOINC stats up tonight. Excellent crunching all round, with some big moves being made in the lower divisions. Still, excellent progress maintained by everyone and here are the stats (kindly provided by BOINCstats.com) to prove it.

StormPC & Captain Beyond both lose their foot-shackles on reaching 20000 cobblestones
Anubis_SG1, Fleeing Banana Stomper & Jim Wile all lose their handcuffs on reaching 30000 cobblestones
Darin Billing, Steve Harthon, & ike all lose their balaclavas on reaching 40000 cobblestones
Master of Puppets & JUGGY lose their earplugs on reaching 50000 cobblestones

Position change from 11/12/04 18:39 GMT to 17/12/2004 19:39 GMT

Most of the movement in the divisions is downward, caused by JUGGY joining us in Division 1. This has a knock on effect in all the others below him. Here are the stats…

AvalonPlasticsITDept continues to stay on top with 42771WUs produced this week, a little down on previous weeks. The Fiend moves up one to number 6 stomping The Balrog. Egad Ivegoninsane moves up 2 places to number 9, stomping the Chantrills & DoubleTop, closely followed by Damski who stomps DoubleTop to take the number 11 spot.

riddlermarc moves up one place taking out Stomping Boyos in the process. JUGGY joins the team and jumps straight into number 9 place adding his 50765WUs to the team’s coffers. Welcome back m8. :thumbsup: Darin Billing takes one step over the top of Steve Harthon as he and others move down to allow room for JUGGY to slot in.

No upward movement this week

StormPC climbs a superb 8 places to take the top spot denying Captain Beyond the honours. Tim Clarke moves up 2 places, stomping Spacey & John Tyll. TREYEDEAN moves up 4 places, is promoted :yippee: and pauses for breath at number 13.

andyu moves up 2 places to grab the number 5 spot. Tanktrooper takes 4 steps forward as SJ761, wolf, Russell L. Wright & Kamiles all move downward. TankGirl moves up another 2 places to number 12, as Seti-NorthWestUSA.com & Gandalf both move down. Frank A. Ross jumps 2 places, is promoted :yippee: and stops at the anchor position in the division.

Thentil moves up 1 places stomping Mathena. Big Six rises 1 place at the expense of tony.

harry makes a 5 place leap over the heads of bugs, RichardEllis, d4y+im3, Laurence & Alta, to take the number 4 spot. Safire takes a single step forward to the number 9 position. Tzal_Maweth takes a 2 place jump, stomping Radar 2 & Chuck Lasher in the process.

Charlie1 takes 1 step forward to hog the number 1 spot, stomping SizEzE. GAteKeeper leaps an awesome 19 places, is promoted :yippee: and currently resides at number 3. HellOnIce climbs an enormous 28 places, is promoted :yippee: and comes to rest at number 6. AquaZone2000 joins the team with 1985 WUs and starts his rise to fame at number14. Welcome aboard m8. :thumbsup:

Jim Huggins moves up a single place to number 2, as phees & billy both move down.

Division 9 (click to view)

Andylamb moves up 6 places stomping Sherie, bagent, rangi, Alex Lloyd, Sudip Ghosh, Radopsoha & Alchemiste.

No upward movement in this division.

Conference League 1 (click to view)

FLH & pmurphy are both relegated to the new Conference League 1. pgresz joins the team in the new Conference league, but with 40+WUs per week will soon be in Division 10. Welcome aboard m8. :thumbsup:.

Some interesting action caused by the new joiners, but certain members are showing the strain and results are falling back a touch this week. Hopefully just a pre-Christmas glitch which will soon resolve itself.
