… should upgrade to the latest BOINC 3.05. Seems to me its giving much more credit per bang that the previous version. (the win ver that is)
I know this isn’t a race yet and wouldn’t want to encourage anyone to divert effort from SETI 1 but it would be nice to get into the top 20 teams especially considering :vader: is at 21 
What exactly is BOINC?
Basically SETI@home 2 / Folding@home 2 / something called Astropulse (looking for Black holes) in an easy to use GUI (you choose what projects you do and how much resource you give to each project you want to particpate in)
Does BOINC mean I have to change my account or can I use my existing SETI one?
You’ll have to create a new BOINC account. 
but as BONIC still in beta (testing) stages it’s proboly not worth using yet

I guess we’ll give them a run for their money until Mr. 1 and Mr. 2 switch over.
I wonder how they’ll conceal what equipment they are using. 
my times have really dropped with the 3.05 release. I was getting 1 done around 30 hours or so, and they seem to be at or less than 10 hours now. I dont know if its the new version or just some quick units.
