JC takes a drive in the Aston Martin DB9 to the south of France, racing the other two guys who thought the train would be faster. JC won, but in fairness if the other two were allowed taxis for the non-train routes, they would probably have made it. The DB9 was later placed on the cool wall in a new category beyond sub-zero.
Can’t remember his name, the tall weird one, gets an undercover test drive of some Rover rebadged Indian car, which was so crap Rover wouldn’t give them one to review.
In the news section, the BMW 1 series was declared to be ugly and slow. There’s going to be a “quick” Fiesta out called the ST, as well as an open top version of new mini.
JC also hops in a souped up Elise whatever it was called, and uses it to play hide and seek with an Apache helicoptor.
That apache thing rocked. What a pilot! The rotors must have been spinning less than 10ft off the ground on some of those tight corners. Most amazing bit of flying ive ever seen
Last series used to be repeated on one of the UK Gold type channels during the week - Wednesday night possibly.
