Two new projects

This posted elsewhere by Cori (a name you will recognise if you visit some of the BOINC project forums) - thanks Cori!

in case you have missed them, there are two new projects out there:

QuantumFIRE alpha - http://cah.tcm.phy.cam.ac.uk/
(similar to but not the same as QMC@Home, see more here).

Distributed DataMining - http://ddm.nicoschlitter.de/DistributedDataMining/

We already have our teams set up for these projects (thanks DT.) I’ll probably be contributing regularly to QuantumFIRE - my first unit was returned in 6:50 hours, validated OK for 250 credits.

Boinc auto sets up teams on new projects thanks to a little tickbox I once ticked somewhere many moons ago :slight_smile:

Picked up QuantumFIRE as a back-up project to help get them going, yet on giving 20%… Well with Docking down it is running 100% ~smiles~
BTW Mojo… are you Stalking me LOL

Stalking? Nope, looks like a good project for me, but only on a tiny resource share compared to Docking.
