Newsflash
Ubuntu has issued an update for the kernel. This fixes some vulnerabilities and weaknesses, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to disclose potentially sensitive information, bypass certain security restrictions and cause a DoS (Denial of Service), or by malicious people to disclose certain system information and potentially bypass certain security restrictions.
As I know many of us on here use Ubuntu I thought this may be relevant, although I doubt many of us are using the system for the use where the potential security risk is.
