I’m using windows vista and i came to a point when my account password was lost, and I can’t login now. Is there a way so I can restore or reset password? my account has admin rights.
Login on safe mode and remove the password… however i could be wrong.

Or do a search on the net for Hirens Boot CD, has loads of little apps, one of which is a password changer (options 4,9,1 I think). All it does is blank the password, very useful.

even so, some other people might find it useful, and I know DT like resurrections…
I’ve used an ISO called “Offline NT User & Reg Editor” for years on every thing windows 'cept 7. Not tried to destroy that yet.
