I just stepped through this to remove all the bollocks and let me just say that my Vista experience is much better.
Good find Juggy. I had tried to turn it off by using Control Panel> User Accounts> Turn User Account Control of or off. It didn’t work. I couldn’t even copy a file across my network because ‘the temp folder is not available or is located on a drive that is full’
