waterblock help!

hi peoples,

i have a swifttech h20 quietpower case (thanks mackerel) but the waterblock that it comes with i cant use due to not having the needed holes in my mobo for mounting. i have come accross a fw other waterblocks that i can use. what i need to know is if i can get away with getting a new waterblock? and if it will support the pipes n tings i have allready. i dont wanna be spending money on more kit when i have everything i need with the exception of waterblock. the waterblocks holes are 3/8" O/D…

please help!

Yup, the only quirk of that older swiftech kit is the hoses are 3/8 OD. You can get adapters that convert it to 1/2 ID like most other stuff out there which would allow pretty much any block.

I wonder if it is cheeper to change the waterblock, or change your mobo… :smiley:
